During my personal quest to discover more about wellness, physical, and spiritual growth, I began to learn more about the different wellness modalities available to us. Through this podcast, I hope to share what I have learned with you, and hopefully, the information will point you in the right direction. Every week, I share or have conversations with wellness experts and practitioners on various topics that dig deep into what nourishes our mind, body, and soul.

Elaine Victoria Yang is a Usui Reiki Teacher and has been teaching since 2012.
Elaine introduced Sound healing with crystal singing bowls into her practice in 2016, after experiencing how the sacred sound vibrations complement and deepen a Reiki session, in a retreat that she was co-facilitating in Numinbah Valley, Australia.
But what exactly is a Crystal Sound Bath? Is it conducted 1-to-1 or in a group? What can you expect to feel or do during a crystal sound bath session? What are the benefits?
All these answers and more are covered in this conversation:
- What to expect when you go for a Crystal Sound Bath
- How does a Crystal Sound Bath benefit the participant
- Is there a difference between private 1-to-1 sessions and group sessions?
- Can sessions be done in person and online?
