Like his background, Toby Ouvry is a man of many hats in the field of meditation and mindfulness. British by birth, Toby grew up in the Philippines, Portugal, Brasil and has been based in Singapore for the past 20 years. He is also... an artist, mindfulness coach, facilitator, TEDx speaker, Qigong practitioner, book author, and was even a buddhist monk specializing in the Tibetan Tradition.
A dedicated practitioner of meditation and mindfulness for over twenty years, Toby is passionate about empowering people and organizations to greater levels of capability, effectiveness, creativity and wellbeing through the applied practice of mindfulness and meditation.
