Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that capture the natural smell and flavor, or "essence," of their source. Often used in aromatherapy, they are a form of alternative medicine that employs plant extracts to support our health and well-being. In today’s special podcast discussion, I have not one, but two certified clinical aromatherapy trainers with me.
